Xiancao:
Chiffodil is a traditional specialty drink in southwest Fujian. Among them, in China, the authentic ancient cooking method is to cook directly with grass, while others use Cao Xianfen and Cao Xian liquid to make it. Besides being popular in Taiwan Province Province and Fujian Province, Xiancao is also popular in Japan and Southeast Asia.
