1. Boil water, add vermicelli, add a little beef powder and add meatballs. When making meat pies, I made more stuffing and pinched some meatballs.
2. Cook until the vermicelli is soft and cooked, then add the tofu pieces and cook.
3. Add Chinese cabbage and bring to a boil. Adjust the taste of salt.
Cook for a short time, not too soft and too cooked, and turn off the fire immediately. It's okay to stew the pot for a minute or two, but we have a baby, so we must keep the food green when eating. Don't overcook it, it won't have a beautiful green color.
