How to eat dried sea eel (salty)?
Dried sea eel should be soaked in warm water to soften it before eating, and then washed repeatedly to reduce the salinity. A simpler way to eat it is to cut it into pieces, add cooking oil, shredded green onion and ginger, and steam it over high heat for 15 minutes. You can also onion, ginger and garlic stir-fry, pour in shredded eel, shredded green peppers, shredded dried chili peppers and stir-fry for a few minutes over high heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and sesame oil to get out of the pan. Because the dried eel added a lot of salt when drying, the salinity is relatively high, so it is not suitable for grilled food.
