Wash the soaked grains and cook them like rice.
Put the cooked rice in a big bowl. Beat in an egg. Add corn kernels. Chop the green and red peppers and put them in a bowl. Add some salt and stir well.
Take a pan and pour in a little oil. When the oil is hot, scoop out a spoonful of mixed grain with a spoon. A spoonful is about 30g. Squeeze them into cakes with spoons in turn.
Fry one side with low heat, then turn it over and fry the other side. Just make both sides golden yellow. Don't go through it many times. That is, the pancake is only turned once in the middle.
