This is the last upgraded version, the box uses a bigger square box, and I also add my own coconut custard sauce.

Purple rice layer: add one third of white glutinous rice to blood glutinous rice, soak it for 12 hours in advance, steam it with a high-pressure rice cooker, add condensed milk and white sugar while it is hot, mix well and let it cool for later use.
Taro mud layer: peel taro and add a peeled purple potato, which has a good color. Don't cut it too small, or you will get extra water. Steam in the pot until the chopsticks can poke. In the evening, put it into a wall-breaking machine, add appropriate amount of milk, condensed milk and white sugar to make it into mud, and let it cool for later use.
Coconut cheese sauce: 4 egg yolks, 70g sugar, stir well, add 36g corn starch and stir well. Put 200 grams of milk and 200 grams of coconut milk in the pot and bring to a boil. Add a little into the yolk paste, stir well, and then pour into the pot and bring to a boil. Be sure to simmer until it is almost solidified and stir away from the fire. This process must be kept stirring! It can be eaten after solidification.
