2. Get a clean cloth (gauze or caged cloth), soak it with water, and put it over the top of the sprouted beans. This time there should be no water in the small pot. Then find a warm place to place. Don't put it in direct sunlight. Wait for the beans to sprout.
3, next, see most of the beans have sprouted, it is carefully selected, will not germinate the beans picked out and thrown away. Then it depends on how many bean sprouts you are going to have to choose the right pot. The best way to do this is to find a pot that is the right size and has a hole in it underneath. (Ha, life's broken pots come in handy for this.) Put the sprouted beans in carefully, taking care not to touch off the little buds that just came out. Then find another pot slightly larger than the one you just used, one that doesn't leak. Wade a board or two sticks on top of the intact pot, in short, put the leaky pot on top of it, taking care that the leaky hole doesn't get clogged.
4, then it's time to water. The first time you water, pour tap water evenly from the top of the beans, trying to make every piece of beans are watered, (watering time to remove the gauze). The water runs down through the cracks in the beans and out through the holes in the pots to the pots below. When you water again later, just use the water stored in the pot below. The water will of course become less and less, and when it's not enough, just add tap water. There is no limit to the number of times you can water each day; the more often you do it, the faster the bean sprouts will grow.
If the amount of bean sprouts is relatively small and you are not going to make a big deal out of it, you can do it without the loophole pot. Simply place the sprouted beans in an intact pot of the right size and cover with a cloth. Each time you water, you can pour the water out again when it has run through the cracks in the bean sprouts to the bottom of the pot. You don't need to keep this water, just use fresh tap water when you water again. When pouring, be sure to pour clean, otherwise the bottom of the water left, if the bean sprouts will rot.
5, to grow to a high enough, you can eat. When pulling, you can prioritize the bean sprouts to find a dense place to pull, so as to make room for the following bean sprouts. Pull down the bean sprouts to pinch off the roots, pick up the remnants of the pods, bean sprouts washed, you can cook.
Note:
1, the whole process must not have a little oil, there is oil bean sprouts will rot.
2, every time after watering, you have to cover the cloth back as it is, and the cloth should be kept moist.
3, if you want to let the bean sprouts born thicker, you can choose a larger gauze, cover, tucked in inside the pot towards the bottom of the bean sprouts, that is, the cover is tighter, tighter. So that the beans will be less likely to grow upwards, it will not grow into too slender bean sprouts
