Honey Barbecued Pork Spare Ribs Directions ?
Put water, ginger and peppercorns in a pot. Boil the water, put in the ribs and bring to a rolling boil again and cook for 2 minutes.
Blanched ribs cleaned and drained. Put them in a pot and insert ginger slices in between. This is the second part of the ginger's usage, to refresh and deodorize the ribs.
Put them in a pressure cooker. Turn the pressure cooker on to medium-high heat for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat, de-pressurize and take out the ribs.
If you are using another pot, steam the ribs as usual. The steaming time can be shorter. You don't need to worry about the ribs not being steamed enough because they will be simmered and fried later.
Pour out the soup in the ribs, this is the ribs soup. I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
Put the oil in the pan (about 1.5 tablespoons), put in the ginger, chopped onion, sauté until browned and the aroma wafts out.
Combine half a bowl of rib stock with the sauce and pour into the pot and bring to a boil.
Pour in the ribs and simmer. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, remembering to toss well in between.
If you don't have enough water, add a small amount of hot stock or hot water. Adding cold water hardens the ribs.
Toss well.
When the juice is almost dry, add 1 tsp salt, a few drops of cooking oil (about 1.5 tablespoons), and a few drops of cooking wine (you can leave it out if you don't have any).
Toss to coat, and fry over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Fry, fry, fry a little dry and burn more delicious oh. Turn off the heat and serve.
Sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds, calcium and flavor.
No white sesame seeds are also very beautiful and delicious.
