Cooking step;
1. chop the pork into minced meat first. When chopping meat, put the onion and ginger together!
2. Chop minced meat into an egg, then add appropriate amount of salt, spiced powder and a little chicken essence, and stir evenly clockwise.
3. Peel the lotus root and cut it about 0.5 cm first. Don't cut it to the bottom, leave some together and cut it about 0.5 cm. Cut it off! And so on, until the couple is broken. You can put the meat in the middle of the lotus root (cut it and put it in clear water, because the lotus root is easy to change color)
4. Next, adjust the batter. Put some salt in the batter and add some water to make it sticky.
5. Take out the lotus root, drain the water, and put the minced meat in the middle. This action should be gentle, or the connection below will be broken. The connected part can't hold meat, so you can fill the lotus root hole with meat.
6. Put the lotus root with meat in the batter and stick it together, then put it in the oil pan and fry it until both sides are golden (after the pan is hot, fry it on low fire until both sides are golden).
