3, the meal time should not be too short, it is recommended to eat at least 20 minutes, to chew slowly, to avoid wolfing down, so as not to intake too many calories and lead to poor blood sugar control.
4. In the order of eating, it is suggested to eat vegetables and protein foods first, then thin soup, and finally carbohydrate, which can better delay the absorption of glucose and avoid the increase of blood sugar after meals due to excessive carbohydrate intake.
Under normal circumstances, the daily intake of various foods by diabetics is roughly as follows:
(1) Male, with height greater than 175cm, normal body shape or thin. The daily consumption of food is: cereal 300g, beans 50g, vegetables 450g, fruit 100g, meat 100g, eggs 50g, milk 100g, fish 50g and oil 25g.
(2) Obese men with height less than 175 cm, normal body shape or height greater than 175 cm. The daily consumption of food is: cereal 250g, beans 50g, vegetables 400g, fruits 80g, meat 75g, eggs 40g, milk 100g, fish 50g and oil 25g.
(3) Obese men or normal-sized women whose height is less than 175cm. The daily consumption of food is: cereal 230g, beans 50g, vegetables 350g, fruits 60g, meat 50g, eggs 38g, milk 100g, fish 50g and oil 25g.
(4) Obese women. The daily consumption of food is: cereal 190g, beans 50g, vegetables 300g, fruits 50g, meat 50g, eggs 25g, milk 100g, fish 50g and oil 25g.
