Raw materials: 300 grams of mung beans.
Production steps:
1: First, prepare 300 grams of mung beans, wash them and soak them in warm water 1 at night. The next morning, you will find sprouts on mung beans. Although the sprouts are short, you have already seen the achievements. Just pour out the water for soaking mung beans.
2. Find a leaky basket, a basin bigger than the leaky basket (note: there must be a gap between the leaky basket and the basin), and find two pieces of gauze. First, spread one of the gauze in the leaky basket and pour the soaked mung beans on the gauze.
3: After pouring in, smooth the mung bean, fold the extra gauze in half in the leaky basket, fold another gauze in half and spread it in the leaky basket, press a plate on the gauze, press a stone on the plate, and finally cover it and take it to a dark place, as long as there is no light.
4. After the next day, take apart the gauze and have a look. The sprouts on the mung bean are a little longer. Remember to water it twice every morning and evening. When watering, take out the leaky basket and don't pour water from that basin. Pour all the mung beans thoroughly to control the moisture. Just put the stones on the plate in a place without light. Just water them back and forth for 5-7 days, and the mung beans will be fully mature.
