One fish
Two tablespoons of tomato sauce
Split green onion
Minced ginger
Minced garlic
Wine
Vinegar
Sugar

How to make sweet and sour fish ?
Prepare all the ingredients, clean the fish
Cut slits on both sides of the fish body (as deep as possible)
Dry starch with appropriate amount of water to make a paste, evenly spread on the fish body.
Put enough oil in a wok and heat it to 70%, hold the tail of the fish in your hand and drizzle hot oil onto the fish with a spoon on the wok to set the fish.
Then put the fish into the frying pan along the side of the pan, pour hot oil on the fish while frying, and fry on medium heat until the skin of the fish becomes crispy.
Take out the fried carp and put it into a fish plate.
Leave the oil in the pan and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic
Add the tomato paste.
Add the remaining salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and monosodium glutamate (MSG) to the pan and bring to a boil.
Drizzle in the appropriate amount of water starch and stir-fry well.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooked oil.
Till the gravy in the pan is bright and even.
Pour the gravy on top of the fried carp and you are ready
