1. Prepare a piece of tofu, cut it into thick slices first, then take out two pieces of stinky tofu milk and put it into a small bowl, press it into a paste with a small spoon, add a proper amount of cold boiled water to stir, and then put the tofu slices into soaking. Remember to cover and seal it and soak it for one night.
2. Take out the tofu the next day, drain the water on the surface first, pour the oil into the pot, and the oil temperature is about 50% hot. Drain the tofu slices and fry them. Stir more during the frying process, and the fried sides will be golden.
3. Pour the oil into the pot, add the water soaked in tofu, first boil it with high fire, pour in half a bowl of starch water, stir while pouring, then add cumin powder, spiced powder and Chili powder and stir until it is sticky.
4. Tear the fried tofu in half, add some minced garlic and boiled juice and stir, then add coriander and chopped green onion to serve.
