Grab a cooking pot and put water in it. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, then put the pre-peeled walnuts in the boiling water. Boil and fish out!

Drain the boiled walnuts in a strainer.

Take a frying pan and put a moderate amount of oil in the pan on medium heat. When the oil is 70% hot, put the drained walnuts into the pan and fry until golden brown and remove.

Fry the walnuts until golden brown and remove them, use absorbent paper to absorb the oil on the walnuts.

Put the sugar in a pot and cook until it melts. Put the walnuts filtered oil into the sugar pot and stir well.
