Ingredients ?
Egg yolk one
Water 30g
Sugar 15g
Nestle Eagle Mark condensed milk 100g
Ammonium 100g
Cream 200g
Salt a little
No icing scum yogurt ice cream practice ?
Egg yolks with sugar, water, mix well with a hand whisk, heat over low heat and keep stirring until the liquid becomes thick, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Whip the cream with an electric whisk until it is just grainy, this doesn't really have to be particularly strict.
Add the cooled egg mixture to the cream and whisk to combine.
Add the condensed milk, yogurt, and a pinch of salt to the mixture, stir well, pour into the molds, and freeze for 3 hours~ ?
