Exercise:
1. Slice the toast and press a round hole in the middle of the toast with a round mold or cup.
2. Pour a little oil into the pot, and put the toast when the oil is hot. Beat the eggs into the round hole in the middle, sprinkle with a little salt and chopped black pepper, and fry on low heat until the bottom protein is solidified.
3. Cover the pressed round slice of bread. Then turn over, continue to fry on low heat until the poached eggs are cooked, sprinkle with a little salt and chopped black pepper and enjoy.
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 50ml of milk, 50g of mozzarella cheese, a little salt, appropriate amount of black pepper and appropriate amount of butter.
Exercise:
1. Beat the eggs and milk well, pour in the cheese and mix well. Because cheese itself has a salty taste, it can be used without salt, and a pinch of salt can be added to the heavy taste.
2. Heat the frying pan on medium heat, turn to low heat, pour in the liquid of 1, and stir slowly with chopsticks until there is still a breath from the consistency you want. Turn off the fire quickly, keep the pot away from the gas stove and continue stirring for about 20 seconds. Sprinkle black pepper on the plate and start.
Ingredients: flour, chopped green onion, eggs, salt.
Exercise:
1. Add water to the flour and knead it into a dough with moderate hardness (cold water in hot days and warm water in cold days). After stirring, cover it with a wet cloth or plastic wrap for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the chopped green onion in the noodle time, chop in the eggs and mix well with salt.
3. Take a small piece from the baked dough, roll it into oval dough, then pinch it from the middle of the oval and arrange it in a figure of eight.
4. Spread a thin layer of oil evenly on one of the 8-shaped dough blocks, then cover the other dough block without oil and roll it into a round cake with the same size as the electric baking pan.
5. After the electric baking pan is heated, put it into a round cake (whether the electric baking pan needs to be oiled), and slowly burn it until the cake crust bulges and turns over.
6. At this point, the two layers of crust can be easily separated. Lift the upper crust by hand, pour the prepared chopped green onion egg liquid into the cake, spread it out, and then cover the upper crust.
7. Continue to bake until the egg liquid is about to solidify, turn over and bake until the egg liquid is completely solidified.
