Ingredients
2 hamburger patties
250g meat filling
A little salt
Pepper A little
1/4 onion
1/4 cup bread flour
3 tablespoons milk
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon of salad oil
10 grams of butter
2 basic sauces
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
< p>2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon sugar
50ml red wine
Steps
1.1 , sprinkle salt and pepper on the meat filling, and stir vigorously.
2. 2. Chop the onion into mince, add and mix well. Add the mixed milk, bread flour, eggs and mix well. Divide into 2 portions and shape into round cakes.
3. 3. Pour salad oil and butter into the pan, heat over low heat, fry both sides of the round cake until golden brown, heat water to 1/3 of the meatball, cover, and cook for 7 -8 minutes.
4. 4. Pour red wine into the pan where the meatloaf has been fried. After the alcohol evaporates, add the remaining seasonings for about 1 minute.
5. 5. Take out the meatloaf, pour the prepared sauce on the meatloaf, and serve with fried potatoes, broccoli, green vegetables, cooked carrots, and a bowl of white rice. It’s time to eat!
