1. Wash the whole sweet potato with a brush, then put it in an electric pressure cooker or rice cooker, add a small amount of water (just soak it in 1/3 of the sweet potato), and adjust it in the electric pressure cooker for about 2-3 minutes (the sweet potato has just finished cooking). If there are many sweet potatoes, it can be adjusted for a long time (about 7 minutes in the rice cooker). You can tap it with chopsticks, and the sweet potato is soft to the heart.
2. After you get the sweet potato, pour out the remaining water in the pot and adjust the electric pressure cooker for about 2-3 minutes, and the time of the rice cooker is almost the same. Cook until the sweet potato skin cracks.
The cooked sweet potato smells delicious and tastes soft and sweet. I use chopsticks to peel off the skin and dig the meat directly, which is a bit like eating bean paste, soft and sweet.
