Step 1: Wash the pork belly with water first, then add flour, add a few more spoonfuls, and add some clear oil.
Step 2: Continue to grasp with your hands, so that you can slowly remove the mucus from the pork belly for about five or six minutes, and then rinse it with warm water. These two steps are repeated three or four times.
Step 3: Wash the pork belly until there is no mucus on it, then turn it over and remove the oil from it.
Step 4: After cleaning up the oil, add flour here, clean up the oil and clean it (repeat the first and second steps). This time, it's almost the same if you take it apart and wash it twice.
Step 5: After rinsing, turn the pork belly over and rinse it twice with warm water to thoroughly clean the mucus on the pork belly.
Step 6: Kill the chicken, remove the head, claws and buttocks, then wash it, and then put the chicken into the pig's belly.
Step 7: Prepare red dates, codonopsis pilosula, medlar, yam and whole pepper.
Step 8: Stuff one third of other materials except Lycium barbarum into the chicken's stomach.
Step 9: seal the pig's belly after completion, completely wrap the chicken in the pig's belly, and then seal it with a toothpick.
Step 10: Put the wrapped pork belly chicken into the pot, add the remaining codonopsis pilosula, red dates, pepper and yam together, then add a proper amount of water, cover the pot and cook for two hours (the best way to cook this soup is to use a casserole, but I chose a rice cooker today, because I want to be lazy, so don't learn from me).
Step 11: Take out the pork belly and chicken after cooking, take out the toothpick, let it cool, cut open the pork belly and take out the chicken.
Step 12: Cut the pork belly into small pieces. Chicken can be torn into pieces by hand or cut with a knife, as you like. After cooking, put them back into the soup together and add Lycium barbarum 10 minute.
Step 13: After cooking, add some salt to taste, and you can eat! Because the chicken is not peeled, it will be very oily when cooked. You can skim the oil from the noodles before eating, or you can pull the skin out at the beginning.
