Seasoning: 5g of ginger, 5g of garlic (white skin), 3g of salt, 5g of soy sauce and 20g of vegetable oil.
: 1. Wash potatoes, peel them and cut them into long strips;
2. Wash the beans and cut them into sections;
3. Heat the oil in the wok, add Jiang Mo and minced garlic, saute until fragrant, and pour in the beans and stir-fry until the color changes;
4. Pour in the potatoes and continue to stir fry, add salt and soy sauce, add water and cover the pot and simmer until the potatoes and beans are cooked.
