Materials:
Pepper, dried chili peppers, diced meat, shrimp skin, dried spices, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, coriander.
Exercise:
1. Stir-fry a dozen chili peppers and a few dried chili peppers.
2. Stir-fry the diced marinated meat in a wok. Shrimp skin washed. Then put the incense to dry. All stir-fry;
3. Season with salt/soy sauce/a little sugar. Put some sesame oil and cilantro before leaving the pan.
Practice:Garlic Shrimp Skin
Materials:
Sun-dried Shrimp Skin, Garlic Powder, Dried Chili Pepper, Salt, Chicken Seasoning, Sugar
Practice:
1. Shrimp Skin washed, garlic crushed, dried red chili pepper julienned;
2. Put the oil in the pot and pour in the minced garlic and pepper when it's 50 percent hot and stir-fry;
3. Stir-fry the shrimp with water . Slowly toast the shrimp over medium-low heat.
4. Finally add a little salt, chicken essence and sugar to taste.
