Carrot and corn sparerib soup

Carrot is a root vegetable rich in vitamins, and corn is one of the nutritious coarse grains. When they stew ribs, the soup is fragrant but not greasy.
Ingredients: ribs, corn, carrots, cooking wine, salt.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Cut carrots and corn for later use.
Step 2: Wash the ribs with water.
Step 3: Boil the water in the pot and drop some cooking wine.
Step 4: Cook the ribs for about 2 minutes.
Step five, wash it with warm water again.
Step 6, put the ribs, carrots and corn into the rice cooker. Add the right amount of water.
Step 7, select the stew button. The soup will be ready when you jump up to keep warm. Season before cooking.
Tips:
1. ribs can be deodorized, and ginger and onion can be selected and put into the pot. 2. You can also put cold water into the pot and skim off the foam after boiling. 3. When stewing meat soup, adding some white vinegar can remove the fishy smell, and the meat is easy to cook.
