50 grams of sugar, 2 egg yolks, 240 grams of milk and 50 grams of QQ sugar.
working methods
1. Put 50 grams of sugar into the pot and melt it on low heat.
2. When it melts into a dark color (don't overdo it, it feels a little dark this time), just add hot water and stir. This is caramel.
3. Pour the caramel into the prepared container and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
4. 2 egg yolks, 240 grams of milk and 50 grams of qq sugar. I use oranges and pineapples and put them together.
5. Just melt the qq sugar in water (egg yolk+milk +QQ sugar in a container, then put it in a pot with water, boil the water, turn off the fire and keep stirring, and the QQ sugar will melt).
6. Filter and pour into a container filled with caramel.
7. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
