1, open the prepared material with PS tool.

2. Choose Filter-Sketch-Water Color Paper command.

3. Select Filter-Artistic Effect-Watercolor, as shown in the figure to set the parameters.

4. Create a new layer and select Filter-Render-Cloud?

5. Adjust the blending mode of the new layer to: strong light, and the ps water color paper filter is completed.
