Raw materials: wax gourd, mushrooms.
Seasoning: ginger, garlic, onion, pepper, pepper, soy sauce, starch, cooking wine, chicken essence.
Exercise:

Ingredients: 400 grams of wax gourd.
Accessories: 80g cooked salted egg yolk.
Seasoning: 3g of pepper, 5g of minced onion and ginger, 0/0g of red pepper/kloc, 0/0g of sesame/kloc, 40g of starch, 40g of custard powder, 3g of refined salt and proper amount of cooking oil.
Exercise:
1. Cut the wax gourd into strips and add refined salt.
2. Mix starch and custard powder into mixed powder.
3. Crush the cooked salted egg yolk and fry sesame seeds.
4. Dip the wax gourd strips into the mixed powder evenly, fry them in 60% hot oil until cooked, and take them out. When the oil temperature rises to 70%, fry them until the shell is crisp and golden, and then take them out. 5. Add a little oil to the pot, heat it, add red pepper, pepper, minced onion and ginger, salted egg yolk, stir fry, add wax gourd strips, cook cooking wine, stir well, put on a plate and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
