Material: 750g trotters.
Seasoning: star anise 1, soy sauce 3 tbsp, water 1300ml, oil 2 tbsp, garlic 3 slices, mushroom 25g, peanut 100g.
Practice steps:
1. Chop pig's trotters, put them in a pot with cold water to remove blood, and then wash them with clear water.
2. Pick up pig's trotters and dry them, then prepare star anise and pat garlic into garlic granules.
3. Wash mushrooms and peanuts and soak them in warm water.
4. Pour about 1 tbsp peanut oil into the pot.
5. Add garlic and star anise, and scent with low heat.
6. Pour the pig's feet and stir-fry over medium heat until the pigskin is slightly brown.
7. Add soy sauce and water
8. Transfer to a casserole, simmer until the meat is soft, and turn to medium heat to collect juice.
