4 abalone

How to cook abalone roast chicken?
Prepare one or half chicken and cut it into pieces with kitchen scissors. Or simply let the vegetable market chop it up. Wash the chicken, add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Turn off the fire as soon as the water boils. Rinse with cold water again to wash off the blood foam. Don't cook it for too long, the chicken will get old easily. Turn off the heat when it is cooked. Cut half a green onion, three pepper slices, half a ginger slice, an octagonal, and some rock sugar.
