As soon as I mentioned this, I really remembered it. The blackest dish I've ever cooked is kimbap. You may not believe it, but how can such a simple laver rice be made into a dark dish? Yes, that's right, the male and female servants did it.
I like cooking very much. When I see something novel, I always want to try to do it myself. I downloaded some cookbook software from my mobile phone and went to the kitchen. There are often leftovers at home, and I will also search what I can do. At that time, my boyfriend asked me to go out for a day trip in the province. The travel agency asked me to bring my own food regardless of meals. Originally, I wanted to go to the supermarket to buy some sausage bread or something, but when I got to the supermarket, I found that I didn't want to eat anything, so I decided to cook something for myself temporarily.
After going home, I thought for a long time and decided to make some laver rice and roast chicken wings. The supermarket bought almost enough food. So I went home and started searching for recipes. In fact, I often cook laver rice, which is delicious every time, but I have a bad memory. I never remember how to do it. It's very convenient to search for recipes online every time, so the taste is different every time. This time, perhaps because I want to have dinner with my boyfriend, I am more "attentive". After searching for a long time, I found a recipe that looks more authentic. There is nothing special about the making process, but I didn't prepare sushi vinegar. I searched online for any sushi vinegar to replace. As a result, I found that sushi vinegar can be mixed with ordinary vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, so I made it. It seems that I accidentally poured too much vinegar, and the rice was sour. I added some rice, but it was still very sour. It seems that the proportion is not right. I added some sugar, which is still sour, so I added good polysaccharide. I didn't eat it well by myself, but after all, I made so much and put it in a fresh-keeping box. The next day, I left with a box lunch. I took it out at lunch when I went to that place to play. It looks good. I ate it first, regretted it for half a year, and it was completely ruined. The taste is sour and sweet, which is hard to describe. Maybe it was too hot and a little fermented, so I just threw it in the trash can.
My boyfriend said it looked good, but I had to try it. He grabbed a piece for him and almost threw it up. He threw it away with a fresh-keeping box and told me that it was the worst laver rice he had ever eaten. No one, I nodded in agreement. There really is no one.
I have eaten sweet kimbap, sour kimbap, sweet and sour kimbap, but this kimbap is really the worst in history, not one of them. I don't think I can do it anymore, and my boyfriend won't let me cook again. Do I have a glimmer of hope in every cloud?
