Parts 1: Cooking chicken breast
1. Put three pieces of skinless and boneless chicken breast into a medium-sized soup pot. Every piece of chicken breast should be laid flat at the bottom of the pot, and there should be no overlap between meat and meat. If you don't have a soup pot big enough to put three pieces of chicken, you can use a deeper pot with a lid instead. If you use frozen chicken breast, you must thaw the chicken before cooking. Failure to thaw will affect the cooking time and may also lead to uneven heating of chicken. Therefore, if you find that the chicken has not thawed, put the meat back in the freezer and cook it after thawing.
2. Pour water into the pot and drown the chicken breast. Pour about 8cm or deeper water into the pot to ensure that the chicken breast is completely immersed in the water. Be careful not to add too much water, or the water will come out when it boils. The above situation can be avoided by keeping the distance from the horizontal plane to the spout at 5cm. Don't add any seasoning when you roast chicken, or the dog will have a stomachache. Just boil the chicken in white water, and if necessary, cook it first before pairing it with other foods.
3. Cover the pot and cook the chicken with high fire 12 minutes. Bring boiling water to a high fire, and then continue to cook for about 12 minutes. /kloc-after 0/2 minutes, take out a piece of chicken and cut it to see if it is cooked. If the meat in the middle is still pink or feels a little sticky, put it back in the pot and cook it again with the chicken inside 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Scrape the cooked chicken onto the plate. Chicken can be easily scraped off with a knife and fork, or two forks. The chicken must be shaved smaller to ensure that the dog will not have an accident when chewing and swallowing. You must consider the size of the dog when shaving meat. If the dog is petite, you must scrape the chicken to pieces. If the dog is bigger, it doesn't matter if the meat strip is bigger.
5. Dry the chicken for 10 to 15 minutes. Chicken should be cooled on the cooking table first. When the meat is cold, you can grab some as snacks for dogs, or mix chicken with other foods to make a big meal. If you want the chicken to cool quickly, you can put the meat in the refrigerator and take it out after 5 minutes.
6. Put the remaining chicken in a sealed fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator, and you can eat it in 3 to 4 days. The leftover chicken should be packed in glass or plastic containers that can be sealed. Next, put the container in the refrigerator. Chilled chicken should be given to dogs within 3 to 4 days. In addition, cooked chicken can be frozen in a sealed container and eaten within 2 to 6 months. The next time the dog has stomach upset, you can take out the chicken and thaw it and feed it directly to the dog.
