working methods
1. Peel potatoes and lettuce and cut them into thin slices.
2. Pull out the leaves of the water spinach, leaving only the stem.
3. Sprinkle salt on lettuce slices and marinate for a while
4. Put the potato chips in boiling water, blanch for five or six minutes, and pick them up.
5. Blanch the water spinach stalks in boiling water for about two minutes, and pick up the stalks cut into almost the same length.
6. Soak peanuts for a few hours in advance, then add star anise, pepper granules and salt, cook them together, pick them up and dry them.
7. Pour the baked potato chips, water spinach and peanuts together, and pour in Chili oil, pepper powder, soy sauce, Jiang Mo, minced garlic, sesame oil and chopped green onion, and mix well together, and you're done.
