How to make baked Spanish eggs (oven version)
Ingredients
One potato, one cauliflower, half onion, one egg, and appropriate amount of salt , appropriate amount of cheese, appropriate amount of black pepper, appropriate amount of olive oil, appropriate amount of coriander.
Method
1 Slice the potatoes, steam them, and set aside;
2 Saute onions and cauliflower in olive oil until soft, set aside;
3 Mix the egg juice, salt, olive oil, coriander, black pepper, onions and cauliflower from the second step evenly;
