Ingredients: pork belly, cauliflower, bean paste, onion, ginger and garlic.
Steps:
1. Wash cauliflower and divide it into small flowers. Practice: Heat the pot, put the pork belly in the bottom of the pot, stir-fry slowly until the oil is slightly burnt, then add the onion, ginger and garlic and continue to stir fry.
2. Then add cauliflower and continue to stir fry on low heat.
3. Stir-fry cauliflower until it becomes soft, push it into the pot, stir-fry the bean paste with low heat to get oil.
4. After the red oil comes out, stir-fry the bean paste and cauliflower evenly.
5. After stir-frying, sprinkle with shallots and stir-fry quickly twice, then turn off the heat.
