General characteristics
Basic ingredients: 2 pieces of tofu (round), 40g of mushrooms, half shredded cooked carrots, canned bamboo shoots 150g, 3 pieces of chopped coriander, 1/2 tablespoons of vegetarian oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, a little sesame oil and Gu Yue powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar and monosodium glutamate.
1. Soak mushrooms, remove feet, drain water, steam for 10 minute, and shred.
2. Wash, soak, shred and drain bamboo shoots.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, stir-fry bamboo shoots thoroughly, add mushrooms and carrots, stir well and bury them. Add coriander, stir well, and let cool for later use.
4. Change the tofu into a 5-inch square, spread the juice evenly on each piece of tofu, add a proper amount of stuffing, wrap it into a rectangle, and seal it with paste.
5. Heat oil with plenty of oil, put down the rotten skin roll, and half fry until golden brown, then serve the original flavor or cut into pieces.
