Ingredients: tomato, tender tofu, baby cabbage, chopped green onion and minced garlic.
Exercise:
(1) When the oil is hot, add tomatoes and tomato juice, add baby cabbage and stir-fry until soft, and add a bowl of water to boil.
(2) Add tender tofu and cook for three minutes.
3 add salt, season with half a spoonful of soy sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
