The Story of Yan Xi Palace mainly tells the story of the imperial concubine in Qianlong's harem, while the heroine in Ruyi Palace is the villain Queen Unara in Princess Zhu Huan.
In contrast, The Story of Yan Xi Palace shows Mary Su dressed in a harem, playing the devil and upgrading to a princess. Ruyi's court love is a bit cruel in reality. For example, Yihe, from youth to disgust, are middle-aged men and women full of negative energy.
It is worth mentioning that the costume props of the two dramas are exquisite and remarkable. In particular, the Ruyi Royal Love Palace has invested 300 billion yuan!
Empresses in the palace can only eat one plastic vegetable, while Emperor Qianlong in Wallace Huo's Ruyi Palace can be fed anywhere his concubines go. Anyway, every episode is either eating or drinking.
In order to show the characters' personalities in depth, Ruyi's Love in the Palace arranged many scenes of drinking tea for Gan Guiyuan, and each episode was about tea and cups.
There are many kinds of tea, such as Yunqi Guapian, West Lake Longjing, Wuyi Rock Tea and Yunnan Pu 'er.
The tea set inside is also extremely exquisite, especially the bowl-covering, which is loved by the Qing people, and appears five or six times in each episode. It is not that the protagonist is better than the protagonist and appears more frequently than the harem concubine.
The colors are also red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple, which make up a rainbow to summon dragons.
So this is not a kung fu film at all, but a documentary about tea culture in Qing Dynasty.
Let's see what kind of tea Emperor Qianlong drank.
1. Yun Qi melon slices
In the fifth episode of Royal Love in Ruyi Palace, Qianlong came to see Ruyi in the middle of the night. He picked up the tea from the mahogany table and wanted to drink it. Ruyi quickly stopped, saying that the tea was cold. He asked Aruo, the maid, to bring hot tea, and Ganlong took a sip and asked, "Is it Yun Qi melon chips? "
Arrow replied smartly: "I guess the emperor just had dinner, and it is inevitable that the weather will be cold." This tea is better for removing dirt and stagnation. "
After listening to it, Qianlong told Ruyi a sweet "love story": "No wonder I miss your tea, so you miss me too." People who know tea don't even sprinkle dog food!
The Yun Qi melon chips mentioned in the play are Lu 'an melon chips, which are produced in Yun Qi Mountain, Lu 'an, Anhui.
Surrounded by high mountains, the climate is mild, the tea leaves have been pulled out and the buds and stems have been removed. It is the only green tea in China with stems and buds removed.
Li Bai has a poem, reciting Lu 'an tea cloud "Water is in the Yangtze River, tea is at the top".
When frying green tea with Yun Qi melon slices, the original pot, broom, chestnut charcoal, fire roasting and manual frying were used, reaching 8 1 time. A single piece of tea has no stalks and buds, and its color is green and moist as frost, forming a soup with green color, high aroma and long aftertaste.
The "Yun Qi Guapian" in Qianlong period was very expensive and was a royal tribute. According to historical records, after Cixi gave birth to Emperor Tongzhi, she could enjoy the treatment of 14 two pieces of Yun Qi melon every month.
It can also be seen from this detail that Yi Ru was very favored at that time, although his position was not high.
2. Milk tea
In the sixth episode of Royal Love in Ruyi Palace, Gan Long came to the Shoukang Palace of Empress Dowager Cixi in the morning to speak and handed the milk tea to Empress Dowager Cixi.
Milk is our milk now. At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the Qing Palace still retained the living habits of some nomadic people, mainly drinking milk tea, making tea with milk, and later changing it to clear drinking.
Milk tea is not only a daily drink in Qing dynasty, but also an important role in banquets. Milk tea will be used in formal occasions such as New Year's Eve banquet, altar and temple sacrifice and funeral ceremony.

Tea used in Qing Dynasty mainly comes from more than 70 counties in famous tea-producing areas such as Yunnan, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi and Sichuan. The annual consumption of tea in the Forbidden City is 1.39 thousand Jin.
"Qianlong Imperial System" and White Jade Jeweled Milk Tea Bowl without Altar
From Emperor Qianlong to concubines in the harem, the amount of milk needed to make milk tea every day is calculated according to the number of cows.
According to the rules of the Qing Empire, the emperor and empress had 65,438+000 cows a day, including 7 imperial concubines and 4 concubines. Ganlong went to Jiangnan six times, and each time he specially brought 75 cows to provide fresh milk for milk tea.
Gan Long once wrote a poem for milk tea: "Cream boiled milk, jade bowl imitated sheep fat. The palace is praised and the tea is given. " It can be said that Gan Long is also the true love powder of milk tea. ...
3.Ophiopogon japonicus tea
In the tenth episode of Love in Ruyi Palace, Gan Long is reading a book in the study, and Li Yu, a personal eunuch, is asked to serve tea. Li Yu was ordered by Fu Cha to send Ophiopogon japonicus tea to Ganlong, because it was hot and needed to reduce fire.
Ophiopogon japonicus tea, named tea, is actually a kind of Chinese medicine, which is sweet in taste, slightly bitter in nature, cold in nature, and has the effects of promoting fluid production, quenching thirst, moistening lung and relieving cough. Drinking Ophiopogon japonicus tea before meals has the function of nourishing the spleen and stomach, and is suitable for children, the elderly and other people with weak spleen and stomach.
According to the records of Qing Dynasty, Gan Long took ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicus tea every day in his later years, because the coldness of Ophiopogon japonicus neutralized the heat of ginseng, and Schisandra chinensis could restrain his emotions. After eating this prescription, Ganlong has a good nourishing and moisturizing effect.
4. Dahongpao
In the 38th episode of Royal Love in Ruyi Palace, Qianlong wanted to marry his daughter and Princess Jing to Mongols. Afraid of the princess's disapproval, he asked Li Yu, a personal eunuch, to tell Ruyi to persuade the princess.
It's spring, and Ruyi is sitting in a warm pavilion, enjoying the scenery and drinking tea. On one side, Qiao Maid used a small stove to boil water for her. The utensils on the table were all decorated with Kung Fu tea. She was drinking Wuyishan Dahongpao.
It was in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties that a series of programs and sequences of Kung Fu tea were formally formed. The earliest book that recorded the tea ceremony of Kung Fu tea was Jia Chaoyuefeng's Miscellaneous Notes of DreamWorks during the Qianlong period.
Dahongpao is produced on the high cliff of Jiulong Mountain under Tianxin Rock in the northeast of Wuyishan, Fujian. Spring water drips from the top of the rock all the year round, nourishing the tea field and making Dahongpao stand out, which is known as the "champion in tea".
The production process of Dahongpao is complicated and takes a long time. The traditional technology includes more than ten processes, such as drying, airing, shaking, collision, frying, rolling, primary drying, winnowing, picking, reheating, screening, stacking and blending.
Soaking Wuyi rock tea Dahongpao is more about kung fu, focusing on draught, taking fragrance from taste and paying attention to rock rhyme, so be careful, calm and devoted.
Dahongpao is also Qianlong's favorite. He once wrote a poem: "On the one hand, Wuyi is the best, with clear smell and bones." Dahongpao's "rock rhyme" feature is vividly written.
In the seventy-first episode of Love in Ruyi Palace, Qianlong was angry with the pure imperial concubine because his son Zhang never respected Leng Xiang. For example, Ruyi came to hall of mental cultivation to persuade Ganlong not to hurt his father and son because of Xiangfei, and made him a cup of Longjing, which he always loved.
At this time, Qianlong said that he would no longer drink Longjing and let Li Yu, the personal eunuch, take Elaeagnus angustifolia scented tea. Elaeagnus angustifolia flower is tea from ChristianRandPhillips's hometown.
Gan Long is infatuated with ChristianRandPhillips and loves Longjing, the favorite of Wu Lian and me.
Ruyi looked at Gan Long's helpless eyes, and felt that the man who had a heart had disappeared.
Historically, among all kinds of teas, West Lake Longjing is Gan Long's favorite.
West Lake Longjing is famous because Ganlong visited the south of the Yangtze River six times and came to the West Lake tea area four times. He wrote four poems for Longjing, and named the 18 tea tree next to the Gong Hu Temple of Longjing as "Imperial Tea", requiring annual tribute.
West Lake Longjing, produced in Longjing tea area of West Lake in Hangzhou, is one of the top ten famous teas in China. Which belongs to a flat and smooth green tea. Due to different producing areas and methods, it can be divided into Longjing, Qiqiang and Dafang.
West Lake Longjing has a history of 1 200 years. It was first produced in the Song Dynasty, and was listed as a top grade in the Ming Dynasty and a tribute in the Qing Dynasty.
Before Qingming, it was called "tea before Ming Dynasty", and before Grain Rain, it was called "tea before rain". Tea before tomorrow is also called "Daughter Red", "Laughing outside the courtyard, Longjing daughter red before tomorrow", which is a wonderful portrayal of Longjing tea in West Lake.
Longjing tea picking has three characteristics: early, tender and diligent. The picked bud leaves have to go through several processes, such as spreading, frying, moisture regain, screening, steaming, screening and sorting.
Frying technology is very complicated. According to different fresh leaf raw materials and different frying stages, ten techniques of "shaking, patting, pressing, spreading, throwing, buckling, standing, grasping, pressing and grinding" are adopted respectively.
When Longjing tea is brewed, the buds are upright, the soup color is clear, the aroma is fresh and high, the taste is fresh and sweet, and the leaves are tender as flowers.
Five kinds of tea, from two identical melon slices in Yun Qi to the cold and distant Longjing before the rain, have become the symbols of Yi Ru's feelings with Gan Long in Ruyi's Imperial Love in the Palace, witnessing their process from adolescence to middle age, from love to separation.
Life is a pot of tea, a cup of tea and a world.
Qianlong in history loved tea even more. At the 85-year-old Jiaqing enthronement ceremony, an old minister said, "A country cannot live without a monarch for a day." Hearing this, Gan Long laughed and replied meaningfully, "You can't live without tea for a day."
This shows the special position of tea in the heart of Qianlong.
