First, the first step is to cut the onion, ginger and garlic with a knife and set it aside for later use, as shown below.
Second, then clean the tongue fish, scale it and cut it in half, as shown below.
Third, wash and chop the coriander with clear water and set it aside, as shown in the figure below.
4. Put the oil in the pot, heat it, add the onion, ginger and garlic and stir fry, as shown below.
5. Then reduce the heat and fry the fish on both sides in the pot, as shown in the figure below.
6. Then add beer, and the amount of beer should at least exceed that of fish, as shown below.
Seven, then add soy sauce and salt, stew for 20 minutes until the soup is dry, as shown in the figure below.
Eight, turn off the fire after the soup is dry, sprinkle with chopped coriander, and the braised tongue fish will be ready.
