This recipe is a dish in my hometown. The scientific name is "a pot of fresh beans", and our popular name is "sticky paper stewed beans". We have them all now.
The signature dishes of restaurants and farmhouses are cooked in the big iron pot of farmhouses, and the taste is amazing. Even rice and vegetables are cooked in one pot, which is more fragrant and delicious with strong iron pot!
I happened to drink black bean sesame soybean milk in the morning, and there was a lot of bean dregs left after drinking it. I used to steam steamed buns or pancakes with these bean dregs, but this time I tried it.
Can't make papers ~
Because paper needs to be elastic when it is stretched, I'm afraid to make dough loose and inelastic with soybean milk and bean dregs. Unexpectedly,

Ingredients: 400g flour, a big bowl of bean dregs soybean milk, a potato and a handful of beans;
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, salt, one spoonful of soup stock, half root of onion, one slice of ginger, one slice of pepper 10, and one clove of garlic.

Mix flour with soybean milk and leave it for a period of time to make it soft and easy to stretch.

Roll into dough, evenly sprinkle with allspice powder and salt, and brush with oil.
Ps: After sprinkling the spiced powder and salt, roll it with a rolling pin to make the particles stick to the dough and brush the oil, so that the seasoning will not be brushed off.

Roll it from bottom to top and cut it into strips with the width of 1cm.

Then each sheet is stretched horizontally, which is called "paper (za)"!
Brushing oil is to make the long paper have a layered feeling in the middle, which is convenient for you to blend into the vegetable soup when stewing in the future ~

Stretch all the paper strips so long, and then pinch the two ends of four or five pieces of paper together. Even if the two ends are pinched together, they can be separated when eating.

Prepare beans, pick and wash them, and cut potatoes into large pieces.
Ps: The old soup I used was pressed out by a pressure cooker, with big bones, star anise and other seasonings. It is especially delicious to stew soup with it!

Stir-fry the beans, then add soy sauce (more, because water will be added later), spiced powder and a little salt to continue stirring.

Stir-fry beans until they change color (light green before, dark green after frying), and add broth and water.

Add the right amount of water, which should cover the vegetables.

Cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes! Look at the process, no pot ~
