What if the ring menu key on the keyboard fails?
First consider whether the keyboard is damaged. Try plugging it into another computer. If it still doesn't work, the keyboard is damaged.

Second, if you usually pay great attention to computer cleaning, then there may be something wrong with the computer system settings. There are the following steps to solve this problem:

1. Step 1: Click to open the "My Computer" property option, select the hardware tab, open the device manager, and click to open the "Keyboard Options". The default keyboard driver is "standard101102 key or Microsoft natural ps/2 keyboard".

2. Right-click and select Update Driver, and the Hardware Update Wizard will appear. Select "Install from a list or specified location (advanced)", click "Next" and select "Do not search". I want to install the driver by myself. Click "Next" to enter the "Select the device driver to be installed for this hardware" page, and remove the "Show compatible hardware" check box.

3. Select "Japanese PS/2 keyboard (106/ 109 key)" in the column of "standard keyboard model", click "Next" to pop up "Driver Update Warning", and click "Yes". Click Yes in the Confirm Device Installation window.

4. Click the start menu, click Run, enter regedit, open the registry, expand HKEY _ local _ machine/system/control set 00 1/ control/keyboard layout in turn, and open e00804. You can see there is a layout file in the subitem on the right.

5. Then restart the computer.
