delicious fried eggs with loofah
-loofah is our favorite dish in summer, and it is delicious, light and refreshing when fried with eggs, so it is a good dish for next meal.
-I think it's delicious to do this. Choose a fresh loofah, about 4g, peel and slice it, or cut it into hob pieces and then marinate it with salt.
-three fresh earth eggs, put them in a bowl and stir them up with chopsticks.
-Heat the wok to 7% heat, then quickly add the eggs and fry until cooked.
-Remove and control the excess oil after frying.
-Leave 5g of bottom oil in the wok, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add loofah and stir-fry, 2g of salt, 2g of sugar, 2g of monosodium glutamate and chicken essence respectively, and 2 packages of chopped green onion. Stir-fry evenly, pan and plate.
