Steps:
1. Wash hawthorn.
2. Use a knife to remove both ends and hawthorn cores.
3. Use a cooking machine to make sauce.
4. Good hawthorn sauce.
5. Add water to hawthorn juice, add rock sugar and start heating and stirring. Be sure to keep stirring.
