Choice of milk
There are many milk brands on the market, which can be roughly divided into skim milk, low-fat milk and full-fat milk.
skimmed milk
The difference between skim milk and whole milk lies in the fat content. The fat content of skim milk is less than 0.5%, while the whole milk needs to be controlled between 3% and 3.5%. The milk taste of whole milk mainly comes from the fat of milk, so the "milk taste" of skim milk is often slightly inferior.
Metabolic diseases, such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, thrombosis, diabetes, obesity and other metabolic diseases, overweight people who need to strictly lose weight and fat, people who control their body fat rate, and elderly people with cardiovascular diseases and metabolic diseases can be conditioned with skim milk. Drinking skim milk can limit the intake of body fat and avoid harm to the body.
Whole milk
Full-fat milk is a scientific disinfection and sterilization of fresh milk to maintain the original nutrients and fat of fresh milk. Low-fat milk is based on whole milk, which further "strips" more fat from internal organs. The fat content of whole milk is about 3.8%. Milk contains many vitamins, and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K are all hidden in milk fat. Milk flavor mainly exists in milk fat, while the milk flavor of whole milk is slightly better than skim milk.
Low-fat milk
Fresh milk refers to milk containing 1-2% fat. Low-fat milk has lower calories than whole milk. Low-fat milk (semi-skimmed milk) is a little more troublesome than skimmed milk. Add the centrifugal oil back to the skim milk and stir well again. The average fat rate is between 1.0%- 1.5%, that is, low-fat milk.
When buying milk, you should choose the milk that suits you, and drink it in moderation every day, which will make you feel great.
