Exercise:
1- Xiaomi spicy 5-8 shredded potatoes (washed to remove starch), chopped pickles, a little Jiang Mo, scallion and marinated chicken breast (marinated with cooking wine and ginger 10 minute).
2- Pour in all seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant.
3- Stir-fry until fragrant. Add chicken breast, salt and oyster sauce.
4- Then pour in shredded potatoes.
5- Just stir fry (if you like crispy shredded potatoes, stir fry for a while). Put the fried shredded potatoes and rice into the dish together.
