Ingredients: wax gourd and garlic
Exercise:
1. Stir-fry minced garlic, millet and spicy onion with hot oil in a hot pot (you can cut more minced garlic, millet and spicy onion before cooking, and don't add millet and spicy onion if you don't eat spicy).
2. Add wax gourd, stir fry for a while, and add half a bowl of water to stew.
3. Add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence and a little soy sauce to taste after cooking.
4. Add minced garlic and millet, stir well and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
