Ingredients: 400g chicken wings.
Accessories: Cumin powder 1 spoon, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, oyster sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon, cooked white sesame 1 spoon, Chili powder 1 spoon, 5g of salt, 5g of sugar and 3g of ginger slices.
1, wash and drain chicken wings for later use.
2. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, ginger slices, salt and sugar, mix them together, grab them evenly and marinate them, cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
3. Pour the right amount of oil into the hot pot to heat it up, and pour the marinated chicken wings to start frying.
4. Fry until the surface is slightly yellow, then turn over and continue to fry until golden brown. Take out the fried chicken wings and put them on oil-absorbing paper to absorb excess oil.
5. Drain the excess oil from the pan, then return the oiled wing tips to the pan, add 1 tablespoon cumin powder and 1 tablespoon Chili powder, mix well, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon fried white sesame seeds.
