Ingredients: beans, potatoes, pork belly, onions and garlic.
Exercise:
1. Wash and break the beans, peel the potatoes and cut them into pork belly slices, and marinate them with thirteen spices+cooking wine+a little salt for ten minutes.
2. Stir-fry chopped green onion and garlic, add pork belly and stir-fry until both sides are golden, add beans and stir-fry until they change color, add potatoes and add two spoonfuls of bean paste and stir-fry until uniform.
3. Pour in water without ingredients, simmer for 40 minutes, and add appropriate amount of salt to collect juice.
