3. Pour the oil into a non-stick pan. When the oil is heated to 50% heat by fire, pour in onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, dried tangerine peel, tsaoko, cinnamon, fragrant leaves and dried peppers, stir-fry until fragrant, then add pig's trotters and cook cooking wine.

4. Pour in soy sauce and soy sauce, turn the pig's trotters with a shovel, and let the color of soy sauce evenly cover the pig's hands. Pour boiling water, add sugar, cover and simmer 1.5 hours.
