1, light diet
Dogs suffering from kidney disease should pay attention to keep a light diet, reduce the intake of high phosphorus, high oil, high salt and high protein, and give protein low-vitamin, digestible food. The owner can feed the dog some prescription grain or canned prescription, and then add some vitamin B when feeding, so as to keep enough B vitamins in the dog's blood.
2. Health care
Nephropathy is a common disease in dogs, especially in middle-aged and elderly dogs. The main symptoms are loss of appetite, vomiting, weight loss, increased urination and thirst. Daily health care needs more attention, and owners can use pet spray under the guidance of veterinarians. If the nephropathy of the aged dog develops to a more serious degree, it is suggested that the owner take the dog to the pet hospital for first aid, infusion and catheterization.
3. Watch your mouth
Dogs with kidney disease often have oral problems, such as oral ulcers, tongue ulcers, bad breath and so on. If the dog has bad breath, you can spray some pets to freshen the mouth and reduce the bad breath. Having some pets can reduce the troubles caused by oral problems. Usually, the owner should pay more attention to the dog's oral hygiene, brush his teeth regularly or use mouthwash.
