Steak practice: prepare 2 steaks, 15g black pepper, 5g allspice powder, 5g oyster sauce, 3ml white sugar, 8g soy sauce, 15ml onion, 2 tomatoes and 5 pieces, wash the steak first, pat it lightly with the back of a knife, then add black pepper oyster sauce, allspice powder, white sugar soy sauce and marinate it for 2 hours, preferably in the refrigerator for the night, so that it will taste better, and the steak will be turned over several times in the middle. Then, before entering the oven, you can add onion slices and marinate them for another hour to taste. tip: you can also fry this steak in a pan, and the bottom layer is also covered with a layer of onion slices, which tastes equally delicious. Put a few tomatoes on the top layer, and the sweet and sour soup of the heated tomatoes will penetrate into the beef, which will naturally relieve boredom. If you like the sweet and sour taste, you can also add a spoonful of tomato sauce when marinating the steak, and then add potato chips to the bottom layer, beef and side dishes.
note: to avoid overcooking, don't bake in the pan for too long, bake for about 2 minutes, and then put it in the oven to shorten the time, so you don't have to worry about overcooking. If you bake too much, you will feel naturally.
