How is that string of red oil soup made?
1: First, we go to the market to buy some fresh chicken racks or pig bones and soak them in clear water for 2 to 3 hours, then soak them to remove blood. Then blanch it and wash it with cold water. Add some star anise to remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance. The aniseed is shown as follows: fragrant leaves, star anise, fragrant sand, onion, ginger, dried tangerine peel, galangal, angelica dahurica, citronella, fennel and Senecio scandens.
