Composition:
Low flour 100g roasted walnuts 30g white sugar 50g corn oil 55g eggs 10g baking powder 1/4 teaspoons baking soda 1/8 teaspoons.
Recipe practice:
1. 1 Add sieved low flour, baking powder and baking soda, and add chopped walnuts.
2.2 Put corn oil, broken whole egg liquid and white sugar into a container and mix.
Grasp and knead into a ball with your hands.
4. Take a small dough weighing about 20 grams, knead it into small balls, flatten it, then put it in a baking tray with a silica gel pad, brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the surface, put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, heat it up and down for about 15 minutes, and bake it until the surface is golden.
