Steps-
1. All main ingredients, potatoes, carrots and onions, are washed, peeled and cut into small pieces for later use. Cut chicken breast into small pieces, marinate with a little starch and cooking wine 15 minutes;
2. Pour the right amount of oil into the pot, heat it, pour the diced chicken, and stir fry until it turns white;
3. Pour carrots, potatoes and onions into the pot and stir fry 1 min;
4. Add a little boiling water, the water level is higher than1-2cm. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes;
5. Add curry pieces, stir constantly until the curry melts, and cook for 3 minutes on low heat, stirring from time to time;
6. Finally, add green beans and cook for 2 minutes. The green beans I use are semi-finished products. If I use it raw, I have to cook it for a few more minutes until it thickens.
7. The finished product can be served with a bowl of rice.
